Breaking Away
At the moment I have been struggling with a variety of things. Admittedly, I am the type to obsess and worry over the slightest of things day to day. But when it does come to something bigger, that's when the need to break-away really does come into play.
Finding a little time to unwind, relax and switch off has become such a necessity for me these days. Getting time to break away from social media and my phone, although hard, becomes a chance to really think about things and let myself really... just stop, and think.
Surrounding yourself with the people you love the most is one of the best remedies I can recommend, and filtering out those people that are there for their own selfish reasons. This is something I myself have found difficult, I have often kept hold of relationships and friendships that I have thought I 'needed' but those were the ones that were the ones that were the most damaging to my own being. In this sense, you have to think about yourself and your own needs. What do you want? What do you need? Is it time to break away? Take time to think, to really think about yourself, this can be so healthy for your mind and can help so much later down the life. Although can seem so difficult at the time.
I definitely think I should take some of my own advice sometimes.
